Are profiles verified?
A profile is shown as verified only after review updates its verification status. An unverified profile stays unverified. Verification is not a promise about another person, so keep personal details private until you are sure.
How does matching work?
Compatibility uses preferences you saved, such as age range and location. It is calculated for the people on the page you are viewing, and it stays empty until there is something to compare.
How do I protect my privacy?
You choose what other members can see. Family details stay private, and phone numbers and email addresses are not placed on profile cards.
How can I report a suspicious profile?
Open the profile and submit a report, or block the person. A report is stored for review. A block hides you from each other. Never send money, one-time passwords, or banking details.
